Shipping Policy

ORDERS ARE ONLY PROCESSED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Hoff & Pepper is not responsible for weather delays or other carrier issues. The estimated transit times calculated during checkout are only estimates and are in no way guaranteed.

STANDARD SHIPPING VIA UPS OR USPS

• Standard shipments are processed in 2-5 business days. 
• Transit time is typically 2-8 business days, depending on the delivery area. 
• Shipping costs are calculated a checkout and there are absolutely no handling fees.
• The rates displayed at checkout are generated by the carrier and reflects the actual cost of shipping to your location.
• Shipments are only processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays listed below. 
• Orders placed after 12PM EST Friday will begin processing the following Monday. 

All items are shipped from our facility in Chattanooga, TN. We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, increased demand or other circumstances

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Hoff & Pepper will not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day (Jan 1)
• Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Labor Day (First Monday in September)
• Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November)
• Christmas Eve (Dec 24)
• Christmas Day (Dec 25)
• New Year's Eve (Dec 31)
