How do I set up an account?

Qualified retailers and restaurants can click here and sign up to start ordering Hoff & Pepper products today.

What are the requirements to carry Hoff & Pepper products?

All retailers must be legally authorized to resell CPG products in their state. Restaurants must follow all local requirements to offer our products for resale in their establishments.

Account information is verified upon sign up and further details may be required if additional information is needed.

How can I try samples for my store?

Please fill out the contact form below or email us at wholesale@hoffandpepper.com and we will be happy to send you a sample pack of our sauces to demo in your store. 

How much does shipping cost?

All orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated a checkout and there are absolutely no handling fees.

The rates displayed at checkout are generated by the carrier and reflects the actual cost of shipping to your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are usually ready to ship within 2-5 business days. 

Transit times vary based on your location but in most cases you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days after you place it.

During peak seasons it's best to allow a few extra days if you're under a tight deadline.

What should I do if there is damage to my shipment? 

Damaged shipments can happen and we want to make sure this process is as painless as possible for you. 

Please send us an email with images of the damage to wholesale@hoffandpepper.com. We will either replace or refund you for the damaged items. 

How do I contact Hoff & Pepper if I have an issue with an order or need assistance?

What payment methods are accepted? 

We currently accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and PayPal Credit. If you require payment terms please read the next question...

Does Hoff & Pepper offer payment terms?

Need payment terms? Visit hoffandpepper.faire.com where you'll find our full line of retail products with NET 60 payment terms, and if you're new to Faire you'll receive free shipping for a year along with a $100 credit towards our line!

Are there options for demoing Hoff & Pepper products in my store?

Unfortunately, since we are a small team, we are not able to offer in-person demos at this moment.

However, we'll be happy to send you a demo kit that includes our most popular sauces so you can try our sauces in your store. Please email us at wholesale@hoffandpepper.com or use the contact form below if you're interested.

Can I sell Hoff & Pepper products in my online store? 

Resell of our products on Amazon.com or similar marketplaces is strictly prohibited.

However, if you have your own business website and are interested in reselling our products there, please reach out to us for authorization.

Our team will be happy to work with you to ensure that you have the necessary information and resources to effectively market and sell our products to your customers.

Can Hoff & Pepper customize the label for my store or restaurant? 

At this time we don't have the capacity for customizing sauces or private label options. 

What is the shelf life of Hoff & Pepper products?

All of our products are marked with an expiration date on the bottle, but the shelf life of our products vary.

Most of our hot sauces have a 2-3 year shelf life. Our Original BBQ Sauce, Dang Southern BBQ Sauce, and Smoken Ghost Ketchup have a 1 year shelf life.

All of our sauces are shelf stable and refrigeration is not required.
