How do I get my order and what are your shipping charges? We ship direct to retailers across the country using UPS as our preferred carrier. Shipping is free when you purchase 4 or more cases, otherwise shipping is $5/ea. NOTE: Local Chattanooga retailers receive weekly deliveries on Wednesdays.
How long does it take to receive my shipment? Typically we'll get your order shipped out by the next business day and depending on your location it may take 1-5 days for transit. Expedited shipping is available upon request but fees may apply. NOTE: Local Chattanooga retailers receive weekly deliveries on Wednesdays.
What payment methods do you accept? The most convenient way to pay for your order is with any major credit card. We do accept checks though in most cases we must receive them prior to shipment. For qualified retailers we offer 30 day terms as long as we've authorized your credit application. Note: The use of payment terms requires Quickbooks invoicing which in some cases may delay the shipment of your order.
If I choose to mail a check where do I send it? All checks can be mailed to Hoff & Pepper | 100 Cherokee Blvd Ste 212 | Chattanooga, TN 37405.
What should I do if there is damage to my shipment? Occasionally our glass bottles can get damaged if mishandled by the carrier. If you notice damage to the outside of the box please refuse the shipment. If upon opening the package you discover damage, please email us a picture and let us know how many bottles were damaged. We can then send you replacement bottles, offer you a credit on your next order, or provide a partial refund.
Can I sell Hoff & Pepper products on my online store? No, currently the sale of H&P products online is prohibited.
Can H&P add my company name or customize the label for a sauce? At this time we don't have the capacity for customizing sauces or private label options. However, this may change as we expand.
